Terms of Service

Welcome to Petty Betty and Co. When you place an order, you agree to these simple terms that keep this space running with joy, humor, and just the right amount of petty.

Payments

All payments are processed through secure providers. I never see or store your card details. Truly. You do not want me in charge of that kind of responsibility.

Shipping

I ship to the exact address you enter, so please double check that autocorrect didn’t pull a fast one. Once USPS has the package, it leaves my hands and enters the postal universe. I wish I could hand deliver everything with snacks and good vibes, but here we are.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final because everything is made in small batches with a whole lot of heart. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email betty@heypettybetty.com with your order number and a photo. I will take care of you. No hoops. No scripts. Just a real human who wants you to love what you ordered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but seems to have ghosted you, check with neighbors, family members, or the local porch gremlins who steal joy for sport. I will help however I can, but I cannot replace items that disappear after delivery.

Your personal information stays between us. I use it only to process your order and to communicate with you when needed. No selling, sharing, or shady stuff.
