Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once your package leaves my hands, it begins its heroic journey through USPS where anything is possible and very little makes sense. I pack everything with care and good intentions, but the postal universe has a personality of its own.

Please double check your shipping address before you place your order. Autocorrect is a menace and I cannot redirect a package after it enters USPS reality, no matter how loudly I yell into the void.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or looking like it lost a bar fight, email betty@heypettybetty.com with your order number and a photo. I will take care of you with kindness, speed, and the proper level of indignation on your behalf.
